is past week I was able to fulfill one of my childhood fantasy's. "Driving a Tonka Truck". Well actually I drove a Komatsu 930E Haul Truck at the Komatsu proving grounds in Tucson Arizona. This was way Cool. 16 cylinders 2,700 horse power , 320 tonne payload and of course it was fitted with six Michelin 53/80R63 XDR. This machine handled just like a sports car. I spent about 15 minuets doing donuts in the dirt, driving up and down 8% grade hill. I smiled from one cheek to the other!
